The city of Portsmouth in conjunction with Road Rage events is holding the 3rd Annual Cutter 10K and Coast Guard 5K. The race is a unique opportunity to honor and pay tribute to the local Coast Guard community and recognize the City of Portsmouth as the only official Coast Guard City in Hampton Roads. All 10K & 5K & participants will receive event Tee Shirts, and finisher medals. Combo Challenge Participants will receive both finisher medals & the combo challenge medal.
